Scandinavian materials keep British capital ships moving

Extra ore and aluminium give Britain a reason to continue or accelerate battleship construction that wartime priorities historically slowed.

Notes

The Scandinavian resource shift affects Royal Navy construction as well as German shortages. Churchill had already paused capital-ship programs for wider wartime priorities, but a secure flow of high-quality ore and aluminium changes the material constraint. The Lion-class program and completion of the King George V class become easier to sustain or accelerate. Additional completed ships can then cover the North Sea while modernized fast units deploy to the Far East.
