Norway's Naval Strike Missile line should eventually be duplicated. Poland is a poor location for the backup because it shares much of Norway's exposure to the same front-line risk. An Atlantic partner such as Britain or Portugal would combine technical capacity with access to reinforcement and shipping routes. Industrial geography is part of deterrence: two factories add little resilience if the same campaign can disrupt both.

Why Naval Strike Missile production should be geographically dispersed
A second NSM production line should sit away from the likely front and near Atlantic supply routes so an attack cannot remove the alliance's only source.
