Småland's guns and subdivision

Clarke's visit to Småland left him especially impressed by her guns and internal subdivision. He judged the arrangement of the hull to offer considerable ability to survive damage and continue fighting. This informed his view that World of Warships substantially understates the ship's combat capability, even though another panellist already considers her particularly powerful in the game. The disagreement separates an enthusiastic assessment of the preserved ship from the compromises needed to balance a game.
