Question

Do you expect a replacement for the S-3 Viking?

Short answer

A replacement is hoped for, while the tentative expectation favours an Osprey-like development of helicopter ASW.

Notes

A Viking replacement is treated as something to hope for. A later suggestion about a common replacement platform is welcomed for its usefulness. The tentative expectation then turns to an Osprey-like aircraft as an advance on helicopter anti-submarine capability.
