Jutland with a weaker German scouting force

A much harsher Dogger Bank leaves Germany with fewer battlecruisers at Jutland against a faster and deeper British force.

Notes

If Dogger Bank has removed Derfflinger, Seydlitz, Moltke, and Hipper, wartime German construction cannot readily rebuild the First Scouting Group. Von der Tann and Lützow may be the only available battlecruisers unless Hindenburg is completed more than a year early. Britain could divide perhaps twelve surviving Tiger Cubs between the Battle Cruiser Fleet and Grand Fleet while retaining Tiger, Queen Mary, the Lions, and the older battlecruisers. That strength depends on wartime attrition, with submarines and torpedoes identified as the main danger to the new cruisers. Faster Queen Elizabeths add another 26- to 28-knot element, leaving the German scouts heavily outnumbered and unable to control the range.
