Jutland as the proof of fleet aviation

A modest improvement in aircraft-to-fleet radio communications at Jutland makes spotting and reconnaissance visibly valuable to Jellicoe's battle fleet.

Notes

The proposed divergence improves radio links between aircraft and ships at Jutland. Engadine's aircraft historically gathered useful information, while Campania failed to reach the battle. Communications prevented aviation from influencing command as effectively as it could have done. Better reports on German movements could help Jellicoe refine deployment and inflict additional losses without requiring a different fleet. A conspicuous contribution to the battle would give senior admirals a reason to retain reconnaissance and spotting aircraft under naval control.
