It had not ceased to exist in 2021, but its Belfast work had shifted away from large-scale shipbuilding toward projects such as wind turbines, with possible naval work under discussion.

The Belfast firm and yard still existed when this discussion was recorded in 2021. Its activity no longer resembled the giant shipbuilding programme that produced Glorious, with wind-turbine work taking the place of much former shipbuilding. Contemporary discussion also included a possible return to naval construction through proposed Littoral Strike Ships and related projects.
