The answer comes from the notes available during the talk and remains deliberately qualified. No Indian Fairmile B build appears in those notes. They do identify construction in New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa, along with boats salvaged by Japanese forces. An absence from one production list does not prove that no Indian example ever existed.
