Drachinifel's game-built Constitution combines twelve 14-inch/50 guns in four triple turrets with 33 knots at just under 33,000 tons. He links the guns to the Tennessee class and invokes contemporary interest in 14-inch armament when explaining the choice. The Old Ironsides name also drives maximum available underwater protection, reinforced bulkheads, and flood-control equipment. A 13.5-inch belt and 6-inch deck accompany 12-inch turret protection, with little displacement remaining. Radar is excluded for the early-1930s setting. Removing a pair of twin 5-inch/38 mounts provides extra flag-officer space, using USS South Dakota as the accommodation analogy.

A fast Tennessee with space for a flagship staff
A game design combines Tennessee-type main guns and 33 knots, then sacrifices some secondary armament for flagship accommodation.
