A Type 22-based light air-warfare destroyer

What would a light air-warfare destroyer based on Type 22 Batch 3 or Type 23 look like, and how many might be built?

Probably six ships based on Type 22 Batch 3, with Sea Dart and vertical-launch Sea Wolf, to reinforce the Type 42s.

The hypothetical design compares Type 22 Batch 3 and Type 23 as the basis for a light air-warfare destroyer. Type 22 Batch 3 is preferred as the starting point. The suggested armament combines Sea Dart with vertical-launch Sea Wolf. A batch of about six ships would reinforce the Type 42 force.
