What should Germany stockpile in 1937?

Large diesel engines that could be used as the basis for destroyer machinery.

Whole destroyers or U-boats do not fit the warehouse premise. A small additional group of Schnellboote is also dismissed as offering too little. The preferred proposal is to stock large diesel engines and build destroyers around them.
