Reconstructing Agincourt's design and possible completion

A speculative six-gun, 28-knot Agincourt could enter service in late 1915 or early 1916 if its assumed construction timetable held.

Notes

The proposed Agincourt combines a longer Queen Elizabeth hull with a Revenge-class armour arrangement, small-tube boilers, and six 18-inch guns. The heavy armament is a hypothesis supported by the later appearance of the Furious guns, whose shape suggests that they had been shortened. A tentative construction timeline assumes a start in late 1913 or early 1914, with the laying-down details left uncertain. Allowing roughly a year each to launch and commission the ship could put it into service in late 1915 or early 1916. Reaching 28 knots would require compromises, potentially including deck protection comparable to the original Queen Elizabeths.
