Completing the Admiral class before treaty limits

A rapid post-Jutland completion of the Admiral class would have changed the force the Royal Navy brought into treaty negotiations.

Notes

Ordering merchant ships and escorts from dominion yards would not by itself justify continued construction of the Admiral class. Completing the battlecruisers would instead require Britain to avoid the redesign delays, finish the ships to their original specification, and leave improvements for the interwar period. The resulting mix of Admiral, Renown, Queen Elizabeth, and Royal Sovereign ships would reshape British arguments about retained battle squadrons and battlecruiser strength.
