War Plan Red and the industrial-fleet balance

A campaign comparison tests War Plan Red against population, budgets, ports, tonnage, crews, and the composition of the British and American fleets.

Notes

The historical logic of War Plan Red no longer fits the campaign's radically enlarged British Empire. The comparison covers home and overseas population, ports, GDP, oil, army and naval budgets, available funds, crew pools, active hulls, construction, and fleet composition. America retains more heavy and light cruisers and a large crew reserve. Britain fields far more ships, destroyers, and submarines and is about to expand its battleship strength.
