How will an uncrewed vessel be repaired when it breaks down at sea?

Send people by helicopter from a crewed ship and hope they can reach the vessel and repair it.

Repair personnel would travel by helicopter from a crewed ship. Reaching the casualty and successfully fixing it are explicitly uncertain. The vessel's lack of a normal onboard crew therefore transfers the repair task to people carried elsewhere in the force.
