Close-range 2-inch fire against torpedo boats

During the game battle, the ship deliberately closes until its 2-inch guns can engage. The opponent is doing little to prevent the approach, allowing concentrated light-gun fire to reach a torpedo boat. The tactical value comes from the volume of fire available once these small guns are within range.
