National strength comes from factors that work together. A state may possess advanced technology, but it must turn that technology into usable equipment at scale. Repeatedly stopping production to incorporate incremental improvements creates industrial and logistical problems. Even equipment produced in quantity has little military value if supplies, maintenance, and support cannot reach the deployed force. The list ends with unity of purpose, making national cohesion part of the calculation.
