Question

Which ship is Task Force Malta's third CATOBAR carrier in the Red Fleet timeline?

Short answer

The third CATOBAR carrier is the Audacious-class HMS Ark Royal.

Notes

The alternate Task Force Malta includes two Malta-class carriers and an Invincible ASW flagship. Its third CATOBAR carrier is identified as the Audacious-class HMS Ark Royal. The initial suggestion of a successfully rebuilt HMS Victorious is explicitly a guess and is subsequently corrected. Clarke objects to that imagined Victorious reconstruction before accepting the Ark Royal identification.
