Question

What is your favorite navy belonging to a landlocked country?

Short answer

Switzerland, with its small inland naval presence and paddle steamers on the same waters.

Notes

Switzerland is the personal favorite among landlocked naval forces. Paddle steamers on the same waters are part of the appeal. The suggestion that the Swiss force exists to irritate Italy, with Austria and France occasionally included, is a joke about its neighbors.
