A failed advance changes Sweden's cavalry plan

Cavalry becomes trapped in fighting near Östersund, prompting a revised plan that captures southern objectives early and transfers more units north.

Notes

The first attempt runs short of time with enemy capitulation close, while cavalry fights beside Östersund instead of taking the town. The revised plan leaves one unit to pin the defender and routes the others around it. Kalmar and Borgholm can also be captured immediately because their combined victory points will not force an early capitulation. Taking them releases two cavalry divisions for the northern advance, with rail transport available to move them quickly. The revision commits the troops held beside easy southern objectives to the remaining obstacle in the north.
