Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts cannot reproduce every historical constraint of the Number 13 design. The model preserves the intended 30-knot speed, 18-inch armament, and torpedoes while increasing displacement from about 47,500 to 50,000 tons. The extra weight comes largely from a hull and turret arrangement imposed by the game and the stability needed for the raised after turret. Building the ship as a modernised design is an explicit modelling compromise, and the screen version does not exactly recreate the planned 1920s vessel.

Using a simulation to test a hypothetical design
A modernized game model preserves Number 13's intended speed and guns while making its displacement and stability compromises explicit.
