Building a Seydlitz-like German opponent

Wing turrets, substituted secondary guns and torpedoes, machinery, armour, speed, and endurance turn the German build into a transparent Seydlitz-like approximation.

Notes

The wing turrets and two-funnel arrangement end up looking more like SMS Seydlitz than SMS Moltke. The historical comparison has twelve 3.5-inch guns and four 19.7-inch torpedo tubes, while the game's available fittings force the build to use 4-inch guns and 19-inch torpedoes. The ship is set at roughly 28,550 tons and 26.5 knots, with coal firing, forced draught, turbines, and four propeller shafts. Its protection is represented by an 11.8-inch main belt, a 13.8-inch conning tower, and 9.8-inch turret armour. A stated endurance of 4,200 nautical miles at 14 knots is far below the game's generous default estimate. The explicit substitutions make the build useful for comparing design trade-offs, while its final form remains a Seydlitz-like approximation.
