Chapter ยท 1:04:57-1:05:39

Keeping a fleet ready for Spanish operations

Comparing the strength of British squadrons leads to a redistribution of ships ahead of operations against Spain.

Notes

One British squadron has five third rates and a fifth rate. Another has four third rates, a fifth rate, and other vessels including a galleon. Ships are sent south because a squadron there needs reinforcements. The redistribution supports the planned operations against Spain.
