Supplied Russia increases pressure on Austria-Hungary

Black Sea supply depots and freed Allied forces could intensify the multi-front strain on Austria-Hungary and Germany.

Notes

Sea access would reduce the burden on Russian railways and permit northern and southern supply depots. That logistical improvement could support stronger operations against Austria-Hungary, possibly reinforced by Allied troops and capable Russian commanders transferred from the Caucasus. British pre-dreadnought crews and ships could also be reassigned to convoy escort and global raider defense. The benefit is additional operational capacity across several fronts, not a guarantee that Austria-Hungary or Germany collapses on a fixed schedule.
