Regional battlecruisers and Goeben's route to the Ottomans

Indian and South African battlecruisers could threaten Goeben from the eastern Mediterranean if they were available in time.

Notes

Goeben's run toward the Ottoman Empire could face opposition from both ends of the Mediterranean. British battlecruisers would still operate in the west. A ship from India and another from South Africa could move north to wait in the eastern Mediterranean, blocking the route toward Turkey. This interception depends on those ships being available; the proposed fleet program does not guarantee their presence.
