Rebuilding alliances faster than fleets

Because fleets and infrastructure take years to expand, Australia, Britain, and Canada would need to reorganize alliances almost immediately.

Notes

Australia cannot safely imitate American isolation because it lacks the same population and continental scale. Possible realignments include NATO expanding to Australia, Five Eyes continuing without the United States, or a revised intelligence partnership admitting countries such as Japan. America could withdraw much faster than its former allies could construct replacement fleets and infrastructure. Pooling compatible forces and information would therefore be the quickest way to cover the unstable interval before new ships, aircraft, bases, and industries become available.
