Provision for radar and hydrophones

Would the rebuilt Town-class cruisers receive radar and hydrophones?

They could accept both. The initial radar suggestion follows C-class fittings, with Type 280 considered for 1940.

The conversion allows for radar without choosing a set in the initial sketch. Contemporary C-class fittings provide the starting comparison. Type 280 is suggested for installation when the C-class conversions receive it in 1940. Hydrophones are also accepted as an addition requiring adaptation to the rebuilt ship.
