Ordering a battlecruiser class for a balanced fleet

The campaign closes with an order for 24 battlecruisers and a deliberately balanced future fleet of capital ships, cruisers, destroyers, and submarines.

Notes

The first order covers sixteen battlecruisers, followed by eight more after the remaining construction allowance is checked. A total of twenty-four divides into three eight-ship squadrons, which matters more than using every ton of yard capacity. The projected fleet contains roughly sixty-four battleships, forty-seven battlecruisers, two hundred light cruisers, four hundred destroyers, and four hundred submarines. Heavy cruisers would disappear because the new battlecruisers fill their intended role. These deliberately extravagant game numbers still frame force structure as a mixture of capital ships, screens, and undersea forces. They also show why procurement totals should follow deployable formations rather than capacity alone.
