Nebula and Endurance distribute combat power across a hull family

The Nebula can reverse its orientation to present a small profile, and its command spaces do not require an exposed tower above the hull. It is much smaller than the Starhawk and demands far fewer personnel. The Nebula can operate with a fraction of the crew while retaining substantial cargo capacity, balanced weapons, fighters, and months of endurance. Droids and a minimum human complement could reduce the manpower burden further. The related Endurance-class carrier trades some missile armament for an air group of roughly two hundred fighters while retaining defensive guns and ion weapons. A formation combining several Nebulas with an Endurance can distribute combat and aviation functions across replaceable ships rather than concentrating them in one expensive hull.
