Armor weight and compact turret placement

The King George V alternative remains overweight after its machinery and weapons have been selected. Reducing superstructure protection and bringing turret armor closer to the historical 13-inch figure removes substantial weight. With 16-inch guns fitted, moving the turrets closer together would shorten the armored belt, although the game gives less benefit than expected. Changes to draft and beam also affect the displacement problem, while shifting equipment changes the fore-and-aft weight balance. The rearrangement creates room for more six-inch secondaries. Further weight savings are still needed, but subdivision below the game's standard bulkhead setting is rejected.
