J, K and N class gun and torpedo fits

The J and K armament combined six 4.7-inch guns with a ten-torpedo broadside. The N-class example shows what giving up half that broadside could buy.

Notes

The baseline fit described here has three twin 4.7-inch mountings and two quintuple torpedo banks. A quadruple pom-pom, machine guns and depth-charge gear covered other threats. The N-class example trades one torpedo bank for a high-angle 4-inch gun and additional 20 mm weapons. A weapon fit could therefore change substantially within the same design family.
