Jellicoe's three-fleet plan supplies the deployment model

A Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Indian Ocean structure gives the counterfactual fast capital ships and carriers a plausible peacetime role.

Notes

The scenario draws on Jellicoe's continuing three-fleet concept rather than inventing a deployment pattern from scratch. Its revised form places fleets in the Mediterranean and Atlantic and a heavy squadron of two or three fast capital ships in the Indian Ocean, with carriers already contemplated. That framework explains why the later carrier-battlecruiser groups would be globally distributed and regularly exercised together. It also makes the counterfactual force a development of an existing Royal Navy planning idea rather than a fleet organization imposed with hindsight.
