Fiji and Ceylon armament compared

The Ceylon group exchanged three six-inch guns for another quadruple pom-pom while retaining the secondary battery.

Notes

The Fiji group had twelve six-inch guns, while the Ceylon group had nine. Both carried eight four-inch guns and triple torpedo mountings. Fiji-group ships had two quadruple pom-poms, compared with three in the Ceylon group. Provision existed for two Walrus aircraft, although the aircraft installation was never fitted in Fiji or Kenya. Most removals dated from 1944, with a possible January 1945 exception treated as uncertain.
