A Coronel-scale German defeat at Dogger Bank

The combined British advantages in speed, heavy guns, light cruisers, and destroyers could destroy Hipper's entire force rather than only Blucher.

Notes

At long range, several Tiger-like silhouettes could make it harder for German gunners to identify the one ship carrying 13.5-inch weapons. More decisively, the British fast force combines twenty-four 13.5-inch guns with thirty-two to forty-eight 9.2-inch guns, while Blucher limits the German formation to about 25 knots. The British also retain major advantages in light cruisers, destroyers, and submarines. A German defeat on the scale of Coronel is plausible in this scenario, with Derfflinger, Seydlitz, Moltke, Blucher, and Hipper all potentially lost and the High Seas Fleet deprived of its First Scouting Group.
