Question

What is the maximum speed of a D-class cruiser?

Short answer

Thirty knots is the speed given here.

Notes

The D-class cruiser is given a maximum speed of 30 knots. Graf Spee's player asks for a reduction because his Deutschland-class ship manages about 28 knots. The faster cruiser slows to roughly 28 knots so the pair can stay together.
