Cruiser building and turret-weight caution

A construction review covers incoming cruisers and battleships, then warns that quad turrets may overload or distort a hull design.

Notes

Cruisers remain useful hulls to keep under construction, including specialised anti-submarine variants, while the incoming battleships will probably need later upgrades. That review treats commissioning as one stage in a ship's service life rather than the end of design work. Quad turrets are rejected for a hull that may not support their weight and firing stresses. The warning that they could break or crush the hull ties additional firepower to structural cost.
