Coordinating several campaign axes across North America

The North American plan uses a network of armies instead of one concentration. Central formations can cover each other or move toward whichever region needs support, while another army advances on Philadelphia. The New Orleans force is intended to push north, and troops in Florida are aimed toward Charleston, which Prussia holds in this campaign. That last detail belongs to the game's alternate political map. Mutual support and several lines of operation turn scattered garrisons into a coordinated campaign.
