Additional Audacious carriers and Lion conversions

Could the other two Audacious carriers be completed, or the Lion battleships converted into carriers?

Additional Audacious carriers were possible, but the Lions had not advanced far enough to provide a useful conversion basis.

Completing the other two Audacious hulls is treated as a possibility. The Lion battleships present a different starting point because their construction had not advanced far enough. No capability estimate is developed for the proposed carriers.
