The estimate offered is roughly £10 to £100 per 40 mm round, depending on its capabilities, with more elaborate proposed rounds costing more. These are informal figures relayed through a contact and vary with the ammunition specified. Buying by the ton or in batches of ten thousand is offered as a reason the unit price can be low. Even the upper end of the quoted range is compared favorably with the price of many FPV drones carrying a meaningful payload.
