Azur Lane's Chinese roster and an unbuilt 200 mm cruiser

Should a new Dragon Empery event use real Chinese ships or designs from China's 1910s naval plans?

Foxo prefers neither. The real-ship pool is described as nearly exhausted, and an unbuilt three-twin-200 mm cruiser is suggested without settling whether it is already in the game.

Dragon notes that the game has nearly exhausted its pool of real Chinese warships unless it reaches back into the nineteenth century, and relays Foxo's preference for neither proposed option. A separate suggestion is an unbuilt Chinese cruiser with three twin 200 mm mountings using guns displaced by Japan's move to 203 mm weapons. Whether that design already appears in the game remains unresolved. The suggestion draws on a real unbuilt design for a fictional roster.
