Building a British F3-style battlecruiser

A six-gun F3-style battlecruiser tests a 25,000-ton target, 32.5 knots, heavy secondaries, and the effect of stability on gunnery.

Notes

The requested British design combines an F3-style layout with six 12.5-inch guns and a speed of 32.5 knots. The available UAD hull makes the roughly 25,000-ton target awkward before the complete ship is fitted out. Twelve twin secondary mountings around 5.25 inches add another demand on the layout. High pitch and roll remain troublesome even with displacement to spare, and changes to internal armor produce results that are questioned. Its long-range salvos are more concentrated than those of a much more heavily armed opponent in the subsequent battle test.
