Logistics limits on Black Sea Fleet tempo

The Black Sea Fleet's ability to sustain its early-war operating tempo is questioned through stocks, maintenance depth and the wider Russian logistics problem.

Notes

Naval operations consume weapons, spares, fuel and trained labor even when ships are not being sunk. At the observed tempo, the Black Sea Fleet could exhaust its usable depth within a few months. The same six-hour-to-six-month framework used for the land war applies at sea: a short campaign rewards mass, while a long campaign exposes weak sustainment. The strategic question is how Russia reacts when the infrastructure behind its remaining hulls can no longer support continuous operations.
