Could Ben-my-Chree have changed aerial scouting at Jutland?

A closing counterfactual asks whether a fast carrier able to launch aircraft underway could have improved the Grand Fleet's reconnaissance at Jutland.

Notes

The Grand Fleet's own seaplane carrier missed its sailing signal and was sent home after trying to catch up without an escort, while HMS Engadine operated with the Battle Cruiser Fleet. A second carrier could have reduced the chance that both aviation ships missed orders and supplied a ready position within the fleet organization. Ben-my-Chree was fast enough to keep pace with the capital ships and could launch from her forward platform without stopping. Recovery would still have required the carrier to stop beside aircraft on the water. The question is whether those capabilities might have improved Jellicoe's aerial scouting at Jutland. The counterfactual is limited to scouting and fleet organization; it does not assume that one additional ship would decide the battle.
