Question

Can HMS Belfast still turn her main turrets?

Short answer

They can probably still turn and are maintained, but they remain clamped to prevent operation.

Notes

Belfast's turrets are kept oiled and in good condition. They are thought still capable of turning, but they remain clamped because staff do not want them operated.
