One Baden could not single-handedly neutralize Fifth Battle Squadron. In this assessment, Baden was an excellent German design whose operational qualities sat closer to the Revenge class than to a force of Queen Elizabeths. Even granting pride in British comparisons of the rival 15-inch guns, one Baden would face four or perhaps five Queen Elizabeths, with two Revenge-class ships also available elsewhere in the Grand Fleet. The comparison matters because alternate history still has to respect force ratios, funding constraints, and the actual capabilities of the ships being moved around the scenario.

Why Baden cannot balance Fifth Battle Squadron
Baden was a capable German battleship, but one ship could not offset four or five Queen Elizabeths operating with superior numbers and effective 15-inch ammunition.
