A Wolverine-style Caspian training carrier

The proposed Caspian vessel is deliberately modest: probably a conversion, perhaps with a tiny hangar, a single lift, and space for only a few aircraft. Its purpose would be to test launch and recovery methods, deck and hangar arrangements, maintenance practices, and supporting technology. It would also train pilots, observers, mechanics, and engineers, creating the human expertise needed before either partner attempted a combat carrier. This is an experimental and instructional platform, not a claim that a lake-bound vessel would itself become an operational fleet unit.
