When a fictional military unit's brutality undermines its purpose

Which Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine chapter does the panel dislike most?

Marines Malevolent draws criticism for destructive brutality, while the reply points to its hostility toward humanity and political protection within the setting.

The initial attempt to name a blood-harvesting Blood Angels successor remains uncertain. The more developed criticism concerns Marines Malevolent: accepting human casualties for military purposes is distinguished from choosing atrocities that actively cause trouble. One reply says the chapter's hostility toward humanity has an explanation in its beliefs about the Emperor. That leaves a further objection about why higher authorities tolerate its conduct. Another response describes the chapter's survival as entangled in an Inquisition political contest.
