The stream resumes a British campaign begun specifically to explore a heavily changed version of the game. Strategic and tactical play are combined, with new ship designs tested while a worldwide fleet is directed. The opening constraint is domestic unrest rather than a lack of naval strength. Expansion, research, and fleet movements therefore have to support political stability as well as battlefield success.
