Designing a viable España-sized small dreadnought

The first UAD build fits six 12-inch guns, protection, secondaries, and torpedoes into a compact dreadnought before generating a comparable opponent.

Notes

The UAD exercise starts by trying to make a small dreadnought of roughly España's size viable. The main battery settles on six 12-inch guns, despite the eight-gun historical comparison raised in chat. Protection, gun performance, and secondary armament compete for the limited displacement. Torpedoes are also included in the design. A German opponent is then generated under the same size limit so the resulting ship can be tested in the game.
