Why a larger Type 21 would not keep Sea Cat

A larger Type 21 would still have limited displacement, and Sea Wolf would remove the proposed need for Sea Cat.

Question

Would a larger Type 21 frigate carry Sea Cat as a backup to Sea Wolf?

Short answer

No. Sea Cat is judged unnecessary with Sea Wolf aboard, and displacement remains limited.

Notes

A larger Type 21 fitted with Sea Wolf would not also receive Sea Cat in this hypothetical arrangement. Displacement would still be limited, and Sea Cat is judged unnecessary once Sea Wolf is present.
